To me, a tattoo is more than just an image—it’s an architectural addition to the body. With a background as a professional Interior Designer, I approach tattooing through the lens of scale, flow, and spatial harmony. I see the body as a unique canvas where art should work with your natural lines, not against them. Whether we are collaborating on a custom geometric piece or a delicate fine-line design, my goal is to ensure the placement and style communicate exactly what you want.
The Studio Vibe
When you’re in my chair at Wild Rose Tattooing and Piercing, the experience is yours to curate. My sessions are laid-back and casual—you pick the playlist, you set the mood. I love hosting Partner Sessions, so bring your best friend or partner, hang out, and share the experience together.
My Nomad Life
When I’m not at the shop, I’m living life on the road! I’ve been a full-time nomad for five years, living in a converted bus. I spend my summers here in the Midwest and chase the sun the moment the weather turns. I love hearing travel stories, so come prepared to tell me about your favorite hidden gems!

What is an apprentice tattoo?
An apprentice tattoo is a tattoo done by someone learning to tattoo! To become a licensed tattoo artist I need 200 hours of tattooing to be completed under the supervision of a qualified tattoo artist. In my case that is Wild Rose Tattooing & Piercing owner - Vanessa!
What this means is you will be able to get tattoos at a discounted rate as I learn and practice tattoo techniques. All of my work will be overseen by Vanessa and she will always be on site to step in and help.

What is your schedule/available hours?
My schedule is closely tied to Vanessa's as she needs to be on site for supervision, so I need to continue to update and coordinate my hours with her availability. Once you reach out to me about a tattoo we'll coordinate the appointment time and date via email.
I received a voucher from the Waconia Community Expo - how do I use it?
Fill out my contact form and check the box to indicate you have a voucher! Generally the free voucher is for medium sized tattoos and smaller, but if you have a larger or more complex tattoo in mind reach out and we can discuss. My availability is limited to June - spots are filling up fast so please sign up to grab one.
